Bank of Chain (BoC) is pleased to announce its partnership with Asymmetrica Ventures Limited!
Asymmetrica Ventures Limited is a private VC firm registered in Hong Kong, which focuses on partnerships with start-ups utilizing disruptive technology.
This partnership with BoC will further bolster our advisory team, as Jesse Hudson, co-founder of Asymmetrica Ventures Limited will be contributing to BoC as lead law advisor. Jesse Hudson is an experienced Chief Legal Officer based in the Greater Chicago Area. He holds qualifications as both Doctor of Law (JD) and Masters of Science (MS) in Law.
Besides being the co-founder of Asymmetrica, he is currently playing a role as the General Counsel at Molecule. He is also the advisor at Virgils, as well as the steward at VitaDAO. His strong profile of being specialized in Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), Corporate Governance, fundraising, fintech, and many others has driven him in achieving this high.
In addition to these, he boasts diverse experiences at different organizations, such as serving as Chief Legal Officer, Analyst, Consultant, and Associate. Most importantly, he had multiple partnering experiences such as being the partner of Wolfe Miglio and the venture partner of Vine Ventures.
BoC believes his professionality in legal issues will help in strengthening us further in the coming future. After discovering BoC, Mr. Hudson has shown high interest in being a potential investor as well.
