Belfast, once better known for violent conflicts, has been rebranded as a growing and competitive city that offers many changes in lifestyle and cultural experience. However, a strong collective consciousness of Belfast’s past has created a phenomenon, an obstacle of sorts, which fills its citizens with ambition and yet makes them insecure about the way their city is evolving.
