A lot of beard care brands try to capitalize on the “manly man” image and grungy packaging, making you feel like you’re only allowed to be proud of your beard if you join that club.
But our philosophy is simpler: “No bull****. Only what your beard needs.” What does this mean?
- Beards of all sizes and colors deserve equal love. We’re here for the brunette stubbles, the ginger yeards, and everything in between.
- Male grooming should be uncomplicated and bullshit-free so we offer products that are simple in their nature, but powerful in their effect.
- Only fresh and organic ingredients. We believe that the words fresh and organic have meaning beyond the marketing gimmick. We use safe synthetics only when absolutely necessary. Also, we strive to use certified organic sources whenever possible.
- Using the finest essential oils results in a better experience than using synthetic fragrances — both for your nose and your health.
- Inventing our own products and aromas, and making them by hand. That way we know exactly what goes in them, in which conditions they were made, and that they are of the finest quality.
- Buying ingredients from companies that don’t test on animals. Animals testing is banned in Europe but not everywhere.
- Testing our products only on humans. We don’t sell anything we wouldn’t use ourselves.
- Making small batches and using little preservatives. The majority of our products are actually self-preserving.
- Using little and sustainable packaging. The product inside should speak for itself.
- Using only vegetarian ingredients. We’ve replaced lanolin with a vegetable derived humectant that has similar properties. The only animal derived ingredient we’re keeping for now is bee’s wax.
- Constant improvement, not only of ourselves, but of our products. That’s why we update our products regularly using what we learned, in order to give your beard the best results.

Our products are proudly handmade here in sunny Portugal, by barbudos, for barbudos.
