Smoothie bowls are the perfect go-to breakfast. Not only are they packed with essential vitamins and minerals, they are easy to digest with the blender doing the work for you.

Getting in all of your daily fruit and veg requirements can be tough. But a big hit of nutrients first thing in the morning will keep you feeling energised and refreshed for the day ahead. You can make them quicker and easier by prepping your non-frozen ingredients into single serves the night before.

Food is as much a sensory experience as it is necessary. We eat with our eyes first, so it’s important to put a little love into presentation. Use vibrant and appetising toppings to nourish your body with nature’s goodness. Here are two of our fav recipes below.

Bare Greens Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 kiwi fruit peeled + chopped
  • 2 dates
  • 2 teaspoons Bare Greens
  • 5 mint leaves
  • ½ cup ice
  • Your favourite toppings

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the blender, mixing well until combined.
  2. Serve in a bowl and top with some of your favourite ingredients, we used sliced banana, shredded coconut, sliced kiwi fruit, and chopped walnuts.
