Chocolate Antioxidant Smoothie

I love smoothies. They are the perfect post-exercise refuel, but also a great way to fuel your longer sessions.
I often make this Chocolate Antioxidant Smoothie before heading out on the bike — it’s easy to prepare and packed full of antioxidants, carbohydrates, protein and essential fats.

Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- A dash of coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon Organic Chia Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Organic Raw Cacao
- 1 teaspoon cacao nibs
- 1 teaspoon Raw Peruvian Maca Powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 6 ice cubes
- 1 serving Organic Cacao WPI
Directions
- Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve topped with extra cacao nibs
- Enjoy!
