Bare Greens

Put your hand up if you also ate too much chocolate over Christmas. We’re all guilty of indulging in too much food, or one-too-many bottles of wine over the holiday period.

Indulging in deliciously rich foods is half the fun. But for those of us left wondering how we’re going to get back into our healthy habits, it’s time to start detoxifying.

Detoxifying and alkalising are important processes for your body, as they help your blood and liver to rid themselves of toxins and foreign bodies. When detoxing, the body eliminates toxins through the kidneys, intestines, lungs, lymphatic system, and skin, which allows us to regain our fitness and health much faster.

Alkalising is also an important process, as you must balance out the pH levels of your body with alkalising foods. This helps to balance the acidity in your body from foods such as heavy carbs and sugar.

One simple and easy way to get alkalising and detoxifying nutrients into your diet and help your body get back to its optimal health, is with our freeze-dried greens powder — Bare Greens.

The organic fruit and vegetables in Bare Greens are freshly harvested, then freeze-dried straight away, which removes the water content from the greens, and locks in the nutrients. What we are left with is a concentrated greens powder that is bursting with potent vitamins, minerals, chlorophyll, and phytonutrients.

Bare Greens will help to cleanse, alkalise and oxygenate your blood, and it contains essential phytonutrients to help improve brain function, enhance immunity and strengthen the blood vessels of the cardiovascular system.

Chlorophyll, the source of Bare Greens’ vibrant colour, is similar to haemoglobin in your blood cells, except Chlorophyll is based around magnesium instead of iron. Your body can easily use this nutritious source of magnesium to produce Adenosine Triphosphate, the energy molecule, and restore your energy levels.

Singular source green powders are very powerful health tools, provided they have been freeze-dried, and they deliver a broad spectrum of what your body needs, to replenish rather than tax your internal organs.

Another added benefit — Bare Greens can satisfy your coffee cravings!

Try having Bare Greens as your morning coffee replacement. The added ingredient of Matcha Green Tea is packed full of antioxidants and has an energy-boosting effect. It will also help to improve cognitive function.

The combination of L-Theanine and caffeine, both naturally occurring in matcha, has been shown to help focus attention during demanding tasks, without the caffeine spikes and falls that come with coffee.

Bare Greens is the perfect way to energise, revitalise and restore your body. Of course, organic and fresh greens are always best, but when these aren’t readily available, Bare Greens is the perfect way to still get the nutrition you need, and at only $1.65 per serve, it’s a more economical way to get your organic veggie intake.
