This green smoothie recipe is the ultimate breakfast or lunch smoothie, as well as providing all the nutrition you need post-workout.

We also add Bare Blends WPI to this recipe to add some protein punch. Try it with 30g of Cacao WPI — it adds a smooth and subtle cacao flavour and a fluffier consistency!

100g of Bare Greens is equal to 1kg of organic raw green vegetables, grasses, algaes, leaves and fruit that are essential to the healthy workings of our bodies, so you’ll make sure you’re getting your daily dose of vegetables in this smoothie if you don’t have time for the real thing!

  1. Mix all ingredients in a high-speed blender for 30 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
  2. Top with your favourite toppings such as caramelised buckinis, desiccated coconut, or cacao nibs.
