According to the London Examiner, our favorite entrepreneur and investor Courtney Jordan. Has dropped some serious cash to purchase historic Coke Hall in Herefordshire UK. Built in the 1600’s by British politician John Coke, is about 2 hours north of London.

According to the Examiner, Jordan purchased the 79 acre estate for £3,500,000 ($4,524,975.00 USD).

The property boasts:

  • Large pond with orchards and pastureland
  • 9 Farm large farm buildings
  • a 9,000 sqft main residence
  • 18 stable barn
  • A hen building able to house 17,000 hens
  • a 5000 sqft three story servants building

Speaking on behalf of Courtney Jordan, Mandee Woodard told the London Examiner, ” Courtney Jordan is committed to preserving and restoring the rich history of the estate.” Mr. Jordan a lover of history plans to commit more than £1,00,000 ($1,292,850.00 USD) to the restoration. Woodard adds that the massive farm estate will be home to company functions, staff retreats, and client housing.

The locals are thrilled at the news of the restoration plans as the estate that once housed the coke family was on the chopping block for modernist. ” we don’t want to see it turned into one of those future looking homes” ” it was about to be, ripping all of the richness from the land.” Thank God for Courtney Jordan, he saved the day” Winifred Powell told the examiner.
