Barter’s July Monthly Report

July 2021 turned out to be quite busy. Throughout the month, our team has been working on improving the statistical data of the Barter Smartplace project. The developers work on scaling the functionality of the platform.

We have held several discussions with private, venture investors and potential partners. Every month, Smartplace attracts more attention not only from crypto enthusiasts, but also gains affection among participants of the traditional market, offering to optimize the trading infrastructure by taking into account the opportunities for tokenization of assets.

We held several strategically important discussions with the aim of long-term cooperation (technical and financial), and also registered a company in the Eurozone with the prospect of obtaining a license to work with digital financial assets, so that we could provide good legal security for our clients.

Our main achievements of July:

— Attracted $30,000 of private investment.

— The team now consists of 7 people.

— A new marketing strategy has been created to increase brand awareness in the market, expand the user base and motivate users to take advantage of our services.

— Held an online meeting with a representative of Chainlink about the integration of Oracle on the value of some cryptocurrencies, such as Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Binance Coin (BNB), and, importantly, the cost of raw tokenized goods such as gold (XAU), silver (XAG) and oil (WTI). This technical cooperation will allow traders to be confident in the reliability of the market value of such assets.

— An agreement was signed on grant support for developers of the Barter Smartplace company from Velas Network AG (developers of the Velas blockchain) on the Velas blockchain. Soon, the Smartplace and BRTR tokens will be available on the Velas network.

— We are in the process of negotiations with the largest Russian fund for the development of technological projects (the name of the fund is inappropriate now) for cooperation in financing advertising campaigns and attracting partners to increase trade turnover on Smartplace and expand the user base of regular merchants.

— We are pleased to announce that we have successfully passed the first stage of the selection of startups within the Visa Everywhere Initiative 2021 pre-accelerator.

— We were invited to participate in a corporate accelerator organized by VTB Bank and the Skolkovo Foundation in order to launch pilot projects, and if successful, to scale the company within the framework of industrial implementations. We are waiting for the results of the selection.

— We continue to work on the development of Smartplace in order to provide users with a comfortable achievement of trading goals in August.

Barter Smartplace Statistics

Barter Wallet Bot becomes more popular, more than 2,000 new users have joined it in the past week alone. And the number of $BRTR stayers has reached a record high of 80. The total volume of staking is 8.8 million tokens.

The most striking and long-awaited event is the opening of staking on LAToken. Barter on this site has long been in good demand, despite the modest annual income of staking — 33%. This once again confirms the correctness of the financial model of Barter Smartplace.

Since 08/01/21, staking in the bot brings 0.09% per day. Every subsequent month until December, the interest rate will decrease by 0.01 points and will be 0.05% in December. Such income will be available throughout 2022, which will significantly reduce the speed of the “free” supply of BRTR tokens and increase the overall market deficit.
