The Habitot Children’s Museum in Emeryville is offering free birthday parties for children aged 0–5 years who are experiencing housing instability.

This initiative aims to provide a memorable celebration for kids living in transitional housing or shelters, adding joy and laughter to their special day.

Each party includes a dedicated party host, themed decorations, pizza and juice for all guests, goody bags, a custom birthday cake, and a special gift for the birthday child. To qualify, families must currently be receiving housing stability services and be referred by an agency or caseworker.

The program is part of Habitot’s ongoing commitment to supporting families in need, made possible through the generosity of the Lowell Berry Foundation. For more information or to apply, families can contact the Family Outreach & Inclusion Coordinator at familyprograms@habitot.org or visit the museum at 5689 Bay St, Emeryville, CA 94608.
