Boo!! It’s the scariest time of the year again. No, not NBA Draft day for the Kings fans! It’s Halloween time! When spooky and creepy things are enjoyed by everyone. That time of the year when dressing up as crazy things is accepted and even expected. If you don’t believe me just ask your Grandmama!

Uncle Drew is a chump compared to Grandmama

No sports league yet has embraced Halloween as a core marketing ploy as they do the other holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas or New years. And honestly I doubt any league will, but if one did it could be pretty fun. The NBA seems the closest to doing it since players and teams are getting more and more in the habit of making a spectacle out it. Check out what the Cavs did for it last year, it is scarier than their record this year!

Who you going to call when you are 0–6?

To pay tribute to this great holiday and the NBA this “article” will be a hodgepodge of random NBA related tricks and treats and even maybe a couple scares! But don’t worry if you get too scared you can go hide behind your mummy!

How the Mavs and Dirk celebrate Halloween.

You might be wondering who are some of the scariest teams on Halloween? Well wonder no more, thanks to Statmuse we can figure out some of the more terrifying stats from teams that have played on Halloween. Let’s ask our bubbling cauldron of NBA knowledge some questions about Halloween!

Which NBA team runs around the neighborhood and gets the most candy?

Which NBA team defends their trick or treat bags the best?

Which NBA team is best at smashing pumpkins?

Which NBA team will grab multiple treats when no one is looking?

Who is the NBA team you least likely want to meet in a dark alley on Halloween?

Which NBA players would you least like to meet on a dark basketball court on Halloween?

If you are curious which NBA team gives away the most treats on Halloween night!

As you can see there is lots of interesting NBA lore and treats floating around for Halloween, hopefully the NBA as a league, as individual teams and the players themselves will continue to add to this awesome holidays haunting lore. Speaking of haunting I double dog dare you to watch this last video and then try to unsee what your eyes have seen.

Hubba Hubba!

Muhahahahaha. Take that you meddling kids! Happy Halloween everyone! And lets hope the NBA someday officially adopts Halloween and stops leaving us NBA fans in a lurch!
