In parallel, the technological stack already serves numerous “API-based projects” across various sectors. Indeed, the core services of 3videnZ allow via API to:

1. Certifying IP Assets: YesMyPatent Business Cases
Introducing YesMyPatent
Established in 2017, YesMyPatent is a dematerialization service by Touroude & Associates. The firm aims to make the protection of inventions accessible to everyone, in terms of cost, quality of work, and information accessibility.
YesMyPatent by T&A works with independent inventors, startups, large corporations, and public research institutes looking to efficiently manage their industrial property-related costs. Developed with strict cybersecurity rules in mind, YesMyPatent has been chosen as the Industrial Property Consultancy (IPC) for major Defense and Security institutions.
Since 2017, Touroude & Associates has managed the patent portfolio of 3videnZ. When drafting the second 3videnZ patent in 2021, the firm realized that 3videnZ technology could enable them to launch an innovative service for time-stamping and storing high-value documents, especially in the preliminary phase of patent filing.

The Ambition of YesMyPatent: Going Beyond the E-Soleau Envelope
YesMyPatent by T&A assists and protects its clients at every stage of intellectual property asset creation. Before filing a patent, these steps are numerous and can pose problems for the future patent if not properly secured. In France, the common practice is to deposit documents with the National Institute of Intellectual Property to establish a proof of anteriority, via a service called the “E-Soleau envelope”.
An E-Soleau envelope bases document protection on the principles of confidentiality and sealing. Although wax seals are outdated, the E-Soleau envelope is a modernized version. Indeed, an electronic document deposited with the INPI in an E-Soleau envelope is valid as long as it remains unopened. When you wish to prove your precedence over ideas or work, you have to open the E-Soleau envelope. Once opened, it is no longer valid, and your proof has been, in a sense, used up.
The new time-stamping & storage service by YesMyPatent by T&A goes much further: it allows you to date and store your work with a certificate providing legal proof, per the French decree of December 24, 2018, on Shared Electronic Registration Systems. It has no time limit, even upon usage! And it is internationally valid.

Fully integrated via API within the YesMyPatent platform, the 3videnZ solution offers a timestamped document deposit service within a blockchain environment. Confidentiality and privacy are ensured by 3videnZ’s patented encryption protocol.
After depositing their documents, a user is assigned:
- A public deposit certificate, containing all proofs and characteristics of the deposited documents;
- A confidential certificate granting access to the original document, stored encrypted on IPFS.
These certificates read certified data directly from a public blockchain, complete with all their authenticity proofs. The data is written from the YesMyPatent by T&A’s blockchain address. Designed for international usage, they are bilingual in French and English. The user can, at any time, decide to permanently delete these certificates.

2. Certifying Sensitive Data : Blockchain Health Record of Bridges
The National Bridges Program and Cerema Presentation
France has approximately 1.1 million km of roads, most of which are managed by local authorities (nearly 380,000 km by the departments and more than 700,000 km by the municipalities). The definition of a coordinated road policy among all managers becomes a priority. However, the state struggles to act because it only has partial and aggregated data on the condition, maintenance, and use of decentralized roads, notably through the national road observatory. For local authorities, road managers, the challenge is to retain full control of their data while occasionally opening information about a road section or a particular work (for example, bridges) to third parties to benefit from either expert opinion or financial support. The establishment of a trusted third party, a potential administrator of a centralized database, is far from unanimous.
Since the end of 2020, Cerema has been piloting the National Bridges Program as part of the engineering support offered by the National Agency for Territorial Cohesion (ANCT). For the smallest municipalities, which do not have technical services, the relaunch of a process of diagnosing the current health status and monitoring is a national solidarity issue.
Presentation of the Blockchain Health Record of Bridges Project
Beyond the initial data entry collected during the Bridges Program, which is already a real challenge and a significant effort, there is an additional challenge consisting of preparing the update phases by the actors themselves and proposing, in the medium term, a mode of storage and exploitation of this data that satisfies all the constraints, namely:
- Decentralized updates of data by the municipalities themselves;
- Centralized management of the rules;
- Certification of all data;
- Security and traceability of sensitive data with restricted access.
All of these constraints have led Cerema to choose a blockchain technology, which seems to correspond to the organizational challenges and the required level of traceability.
The project, led by the Cerema team in charge of the national “Bridges” program, was organized around two axes:
Axis 1: Design and deploy the first version of a decentralized platform in less than three months.
Axis 2: Test this platform and its interfaces with end users in the field to validate its application potential.

3. Certifying Art Authenticity Certificates: Three Business Cases:
Importance and Issues of Certificates of Authenticity for Artworks
In France, according to the Intellectual Property Code, a certificate of authenticity for a work of art is not explicitly mandatory. However, the French Civil Code stipulates that every seller must deliver a good that conforms to what has been agreed upon and must guarantee against hidden defects of the thing sold. In practice, for works of art, the existence of a certificate of authenticity has become a standard. It is a way to prove the authenticity and origin of the work, and it is often requested by buyers, art galleries, and auction houses. Therefore, it is strongly recommended to have a certificate of authenticity when selling a work of art: its absence could compromise the sale of the work and its future value on the art market. In the case of works by living artists, this certificate is of particular importance as it can influence not only the current value of the work, but also its future value. However, the question of the authenticity and security of the certificate itself raises several issues.
The Status of the Certificate of Authenticity when Selling a Living Artist’s Work
It is usually issued by the artist himself or by a qualified expert, often a recognized art gallery or auction house. It must include detailed information about the work, such as the title, dimensions, materials used, year of creation, artist’s signature, and in some cases, a photo of the work. Security and Authenticity Issues Related to the Certificate of Authenticity However, as with anything of value, certificates of authenticity are likely to be falsified. Fake certificates can be used to give value to counterfeit artworks, which can deceive buyers and diminish trust in the art market. This is why certificates of authenticity must be treated with the same diligence as the work of art itself. Despite these issues, the importance of the certificate of authenticity cannot be overlooked. For the buyer, it provides assurance about the origin of the work. For the seller, it adds value to the work and can justify a higher price.
