BDS is a utility token deployed by BDS Holding LLC on Ethereum platform with ERC20 standard. The Company cooperates with Big Group to boost the fundraising processes for real estate projects in the BIG ecosystem and develop features, services and benefits for investors in the Vietnamese market.

BDS not only contributes to the scale and value development of the BIG ecosystem but also plays as an effective investment tool for investors of all classes. Token distribution

THE INITIAL OFFERING

The initial offering will be distributing a total of 3,000,000 (three million) BDS tokens through the DIPO (Digital Initial Private Offering) on BIG ecosystem and the VNDC Wallet Pro application. This model ensures that the tokens are distributed transparently and comply with SEC regulations, which facilitates international exchanges listing.

BDS token distribution for the initial offering

According to the distribution plan, there will be only 400,000 BDS tokens to be listed on the VNDC Wallet Pro. The majority of initial offering tokens will be allocated to the existing shareholders and investors within the BIG ecosystem. BDS tokens are expected to increase in price as the Company’s business growth accelerates and will be priced by the market in other token sales. The initial offering is the time when Big Group increases the benefits for token holders, this will be the best opportunity to invest in BDS and enjoy the best benefits it can produce.

Use of proceeds

With the purpose of supporting real estate projects through token sale events, 80% of the proceeds from the initial offering will be used for the Big Lao Cai project, the rest will be used in developing services and platforms of the BIG ecosystem.

The Big Lao Cai Hotel & Office project was scheduled for construction on November 15, 2020 with a total investment of 90 billion VND.
