BDXAlliance: An Exchange for the Best

BDXAlliance: Exchange for the Best

We’re delighted to announce that 2019 will see the launch of our BDXAlliance Exchange for major cryptocurrencies and fiat (the Euro). Its key features and their benefits are below, including anticipated dates for coming online.

Our commitment to you

We want to underpromise and overdeliver. Therefore, the first major milestones of our new roadmap will be:

  1. To create a strong foundation to list BDXCoin for trading. That means liquidity for your investments.
  2. Launch the exchange offering the major cryptocurrencies and ensure the platform is robust.
  3. Subject to regulatory approval: enable Euro deposits and pair them with the major cryptocurrencies. This service offering will make BDXAlliance Exchange one of only a handful of exchanges* in the world offering Euro fiat currency as a pair with crypto.
  4. Customers can reduce their exchange fees using BDXCoin.

*Three of the biggest are Kraken, Bitfinex and Coinbase.

Our vision and mission

You know the current marketplace offers many exchanges, but few real customer benefits. We’re here to change that, for the better: for you.

Our goal is to bring cryptos one step closer to mainstream customers and ensure you can use them easily and every day. We will deliver this through our exchange, where you’ll quickly be able to convert from/to fiat/crypto.

Our core value: “Exchange for the Best.”

We are committed to providing all our customers with an exchange “for the Best”. This means we are focused on achieving three goals:

  1. Our guiding principle is to do things right and to do them well. Because doing so is for the Best, to help you the most as customers and to achieve the Best as your provider
  2. Because we want to offer you the Best opportunities to trade and exchange pairs not available elsewhere, and which give crypto expert investors as well as mainstream customers more choice
  3. To offer you the Best experience with the platform, execution, withdrawals, deposits, and customer support. And more.

Announcements: roadmap and management news

We will announce new management for BDXAlliance in the very near future.

Meanwhile, below we’ve highlighted the first series of roadmap milestones for our exchange, and our service features and their benefits. We hope they merit your continued interest and support because we’re certain they offer great value to you, our community.

Roadmap

  • Now to mid-December 2018: Exchange design and preparation.
  • End-January 2019: Rigorous alpha-testing. (Not earlier due to the holiday season.)
  • January to April 2019: Beta testing, with BTC and ETH.
  • February 2019: Fully launched, and BDXCoin will be available to trade.
  • EUR (fiat) will be launched, with a date TBC, because this will be subject to regulatory requirements and the availability of cooperating banks.

Features and benefits

  • Fiat Deposits: Normally, this significant feature and its benefits are not available in start-up exchanges. Usually, they’re only available from some of the world’s biggest exchanges, such as Kraken, Bitfinex and Coinbase. However, we believe this is an essential service because it will deliver greater choice for mainstream customers, and so we are making it available to you (subject to regulatory requirements and the availability of cooperating banks).
  • Orders: Market Orders, Limit Orders, Market Stop Orders, Limit Stop Orders.
  • Stress Tested: We will design the exchange to perform with maximum speed. It’s why we are conducting a significant number of stress tests to ensure fast execution. We will also build a horizontally scalable design to handle bursts of traffic, high volatility periods and large numbers of customers.
  • Security: Two-factor authentication (2FA) for major customer activities, e.g., log-in and withdrawals. Whitelist address book: withdrawals are only allowed for pre-defined wallet addresses. Alert notifications by email and SMS for exchange activities. World-class third-party payment providers will be used for fiat deposits and hardware cold wallets for our crypto deposits. Data backups: Continuous, secure, in multiple locations and in different continents. Built-in failover strategies to minimise the time to return to online activity.
  • Customer Support: Five days a week, 09.00–21.00 GMT+2. Communication channels include Telegram, WhatsApp, email, phone and live chat. Language support includes English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • Trading View Charting Library: Offers a variety of Technical Indicators to help customers perform Technical Analysis on the charts and trade more effectively.
  • Order Book: Multiple levels of detail supported.
  • Market Depth Graph: Multiple levels of detail supported.
  • Support: For major pairs.
  • Comprehensive Customer Due Diligence: Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML): Because of the depth and detail of the scope of due diligence, for the time being, we have provided a brief summary of their key features:
  • Internal compliance monitoring (Limits, Client Categorisation, Client Risk Assessment)
  • Identification document processing (manual and automated).
