Journaling — We all are Writers

Journaling is a practice with which not many people associate themselves. Writing doesn’t come naturally to many people.

How did I start?

A fancy notebook and a blank page. In the early morning hours, and I was clueless about what to write. I had more questions than ideas or emotions. I had no one to answer them for me. So, I turned to my journal book in the hope of getting some insights.

That was the moment I found a teacher for a lifetime.

The Pupil asked — What is Journaling?

My teacher answered:

The Pupil asked — Should we only write positive thoughts, or can negative thoughts be termed Journaling?

My teacher answered:

The Pupil asked— For how long should I write? I mean — when should I stop writing and start acting?

My teacher answered:

The Pupil asked — Can writing about negative feelings start a chain reaction? Power of attraction?

My teacher answered:

The Pupil asked— What are the types of journaling?

My teacher answered:

The Pupil asked — What is mind mapping? And, is it considered as a form of journaling?

My teacher answered:

The Pupil asked — What are some of the Don’ts of Journaling?

My teacher answered:

  1. Don’t type. Instead, write.
  2. Don’t assume that there are rules — Journaling is beyond the boundaries of rules.

The Pupil asked— How can Journaling keep me healthy?

My teacher answered:

The Pupil asked— When does Journaling start giving me results?

My teacher answered:

The Pupil asked — What’s the suitable time to write a Journal?

My teacher answered:

The Pupil asked — How to start Journaling?

My teacher answered:

The Journey is long, and I am enjoying it.

I still have many questions for my teacher. I am enjoying the process of writing and asking questions to my teacher.
