You all must be sick to ear about predictions at this point. Trust me though, this post by Dave Kellogg is worth taking a look at. Dave has been doing this for 9 years and he always starts with how he did on his last predictions. It’s entertaining, well written and very accountable. I like that. For this year, here are my top 3 from Dave’s blog. There are 10. Which are yours?!

  1. Retain is the new add. “As companies prepare for a potential wave of churn, they put more emphasis on retention than ever before”. Equation is simple “Cost to backfill churn = CAC ratio * churn ARR”
  2. The Crux becomes strategy book of the year. If you haven’t read Bad Strategy, Good Strategy, get a copy!
