Evolution of people involvement in the design process

The influence of people and users in the design process has changed over time. When in the beginning the Designer was the ‘dictator’ in the design process, the role of the designer has changed. The design process is evolving in a more and more user-centered design. Co-creation has become really important. Designs have to serve the user, and there for use the user. I created an animation to bring this evolution to life.
