3 Lessons That’ll Carry You Through Hardship

What Therapy Has Taught Me

Recently, I went back to seeing my therapist because of family drama that transpired a few months ago. To be honest, it’s a big reason why I took a break from writing on Medium. Thankfully, therapy has given me the much-needed cleanse to power through this light switch of a mindset I’ve had.

Here you can publish stories and feelings about anything; relationship, nature, sexuality, life and many more from real and honest perspective. Our motto: Write just the way you are. It’s okay to be imperfect. Don’t worry to be different. We all respect your opinion.
