I need to know my own strength

so that I can be strong for myself

I am sure you have heard the phrase, “you don’t know your own strength”. It usually refers to when people break something, which people though not tto be possible. But do you know your own strength in terms of your mental capacity to deal with things, your emotional well being? For me, this is far more important than your physical strength. Why?
