Once, I received a text that stated, “you’re dead to me.” This came completely out of the blue simply because I didn’t respond to a narcissist’s message within “a fast enough” time frame.

It didn’t disturb me at all. I just sent “Thanks!” back, and it allowed me to see clearly: nothing makes a narcissist crazier than being irrelevant, and that is precisely how you penetrate them.

This isn’t just a list of passive aggressive comments or cleverly worded retorts. This is a body of work, sweaty and raw, about what narcissists cannot stand, through my confrontations, exits, blunders, and wins.

If you’ve ever dealt with a person who made everything about themselves, while quietly robbing you of your significance, you will see a regenerative power here.

Because narcissists hate being ignored most.
