Just Show Up.
Sometimes we underestimate the power of simply showing up.
Not with grand gestures, not with the perfect advice, but just being there, maybe just a gentle check in. Life gets messy, people shut down, build walls, or go through storms you can’t fix for them.
But walking away isn’t always the answer.
I’ve realised I’d rather be the person who sticks around quietly than someone who bails the moment things get complicated.
Because sometimes all someone really needs is the reassurance that they’re not alone, that someone still cares enough to stand by, even when words fall short.
Showing up isn’t about being needed…it’s about choosing not to disappear.
