Language is a communication tool, but it is also a means of altering reality: we become what we think.

Children begin to have their own idea of reality starting from the language and symbols that they are taught by their parents or at school and they form their conception of the world and what is right and what is wrong.

The use of certain symbols leads to changing the perception of reality because communicating with a certain language changes the way of thinking, creating emotions and activating behaviors which are then reflected in reality, creating subjective worlds.

Meditation, that is, the absence of thoughts, allows you to observe reality without the veils of the language known in this world too full of stimuli and information.

This is why we are all unique, different, and precious.
