The First Period

This period of history has had an enormous impact on our understanding of human development, culture and technology.

It is important to study this period as it provides us with insights into the development of societies and their tools, which have been key in the development of civilization.

In the beginning of the Stone Age, human technology was quite simple. Humans had only the most basic tools and were living as nomads, traveling from place to place in search of food.

They lived in small bands of about 15–30 people, where each person was responsible for gathering and preparing food for the group.

The use of fire for cooking food and for keeping warm allowed humans to settle in more permanent settlements and to spread to other areas.

As time passed, more and more tools were developed, such as spears, arrows and hammers.
