The morning sun seems hesitant to show its face

Somber and dim behind red methane clouds

Trash running around as if seeking freedom

And then nesting in every corner of the cities

The Earth’s water fighting against the thick industrial fluids

Poisoning the soil, trees and animals

The sea water boiling, eroding the land

Coral reefs silent, bleached…

Longing for the paradise of fishes

Do you know who is behind all this mess?

We, humans!
