We often think that we know everything about ourselves. Yet, daily life can show us how little we truly understand. For example, we may promise to exercise more, be kinder, or study harder, but then catch ourselves doing the exact opposite. This gap between our goals and our actions can reveal parts of ourselves that seem like strangers.
