I am myself a morning bird, but I diagnosed sleeping an hour more each day is leading to frequent cycles of headaches. Now, I’ve decided to leave my bed before 5.30 am, and embrace a morning jog before the day’s labor begins.

This very morning, coffee in hand, I went to greet the magnanimous sun. In the desert, there is no morning breeze, yet here a vivid music can be heard as the crimsons of dawn twirl around the greens of palm trees by the sea.
