I’m sick of the haters. Hillary Clinton is awesome and I’m thrilled to vote for her.

Here’s why:
- She’s a woman. Stop pretending that’s not a good enough reason. Electing a woman president is awesome. When you have (over) qualified women candidates, you vote for them. It’s that simple.
- This speech:
- She was for Obamacare before it was cool. Republicans hated that too.
- When that didn’t work out, she got health care for millions of kids. Because she’s a warrior for kids. Remember, long before she was famous, she went door-to-door in New Bedford, Massachusetts to give disabled kids access to a quality education.
- When Republicans were like, “meh…let’s screw over 9/11 first responders,” Hillary was all “Oh, HELL NO!”
- Cleaning up George Bush’s messes around the world, she became the most traveled Secretary of State in history. George Bush made a lot of messes.
- You know how women can wear pants now and no one panics? You’re welcome.
- She really, truly cares about the little guy. No credible source has ever really denied this.
- And, if that’s not enough, she’s not a thin-skinned sociopath doing Putin’s bidding to shred the very idea of America.
So yeah. Vote for Hillary because she’s awesome.
- Added 2016–07–30: As a cancer survivor, the story below got me right in the feels. That Hillary and/or her staff were kind to a cancer patient is perhaps a small reason to vote for her. But sometimes a lot of small reasons are actually the best reasons to be confident in a leader’s ability.
