Habits too are like your body. Its far easier to put things in and become fat, far far difficult and painful to get them out and get back into shape — so when you learn, learn the right habits.

Sometimes we don’t see how powerful something can be until we commit to doing it in sequence. Thirty days gives you a taste of being disciplined; of habit-building.

Whether it’s to quit coffee, sugar, porn, or reading more, I’ve seen the most substantial changes in my life come with small, daily habit-changes.

What would you do to ensure you did this thing every day, without fail?

How would it change the perception you have of yourself?

How might it affect your self-discipline?

How might doing it spur on new ideas and new habits?

What would it take?

Choose.

Allow the idea to excite you deep in your core.

And make it happen.

Try this one habit and see how it does wonders to you.

Commit yourself to drop one bad habit and picking up a good one everyday.

Write down everyday which habit you are going to drop and pick up.

Track all of them on regular basis.

Keep reminders in mobile to keep you aware about it.

Experiment this for just 30 days.

1 day — 1 habit

This helps you analyse what bad habits you been practicing all the way till now, helps you drop them and pick up new ones.

At the end you will be astonished how this small change has changed your life and how you have become more productive.

Make a promise and stick to it for a month, then another month, then another month, and pretty soon you’ll have this shiny new habit that you built up — and honestly that’s more important than 95% of the tactics and strategies I tell you about..
