Beamswap expanding DeFi on the Moonbeam Network
In just three months since launch, Beamswap has made quite an impact as a DEX on one of the most thriving blockchain networks globally. The Moonbeam Network.
Thriving with the Moonbeam ecosystem
The crypto world is anything but predictable. Dozens of new crypto projects pop up every week, seeking attention and recognition from the community, peers, developers, adopters, and investors.
Few, however, have influenced the Web3 world like PureStake’s Moonbeam Network.
Since Moonbeam’s launch in January this year, tens of projects have launched on the network or migrated to it from other environments following their multi-chain strategy. The interest in building on the Moonbeam infrastructure has been soaring without signs of cooling, and rightly so.
Beamswap was built on Moonbeam to expand the DeFi scope of the network. Our DeFi hub has been listed on the Moonbeam Network website among the leading DEXes and AMMs.
In just a few months since launch, we’ve released some important DeFi features, including Lending & Borrowing, Beamswap Docks IDO Launchpad, Yield Farming, Liquidity Pools, Beamswap Liquidity Offering (BLO), Zap, and more.

Beamswap quarterly report Q1 2022
In the first quarter of 2022, we’ve ticked all the planned tasks off the list, and we’re accelerating towards new…
As we work towards building the most inclusive hub for Moonbeam-based DeFi services, we’re bringing versatility and new opportunities to crypto hodlers and traders, but also emerging Web3 projects.
The Moonbeam ecosystem
Apart from a multitude of applications and tools covering a range of specific purposes, dozens of DeFi projects have been built on the Moonbeam smart contract platform to serve end-users and their assets in the Polkadot ecosystem.
DeFi applications on Moonbeam include DEXes, AMMs, lending & borrowing platforms, staking protocols, launchpads, and more. Among Moonbeam-based DEXes, Beamswap is one of the few up-and-running platforms.
Not only that. In a few months, Beamswap has become the top dapp on the Moonbeam network according to DappRadar, based on the total value of assets in dapp’s smart contracts, user count, and volume.
Moonbeam Network, as it says on the tin, is the easiest path to multi-chain. Thanks to its unmatched compatibility with Ethereum, familiar smart contract languages, ample toolbox, and extensive integrations, existing projects can expand to the Polkadot environment easily and without major changes to code.
It’s also an ideal network to create and launch new Web3 solutions from scratch. Beamswap has decided to build on Moonbeam as a native network and benefit from its array of possibilities since day one.
Moonbeam has created an environment where applications can be built in a very straightforward and intuitive manner. A wide range of developer tools and integrations allows us to expand the Beamswap utility and enhance our users’ experience. But it’s the community, the Moonbeam team’s support, and the willingness of peer projects to collaborate that boost the evolution of individual solutions and the Web3 space as a whole. And that’s how ecosystems should work.

Beamswap, a Moonbeam-based DeFi hub
At Beamswap, we share the multi-chain vision of Moonbeam to cater to the broadest community of DeFi-ers.
Choosing Moonbeam to support our endeavors was a no-brainer since Beamswap’s inception, and we’re proud and excited to have become one of the leading DEXes on the network.
Beamswap is a DeFi hub built on the Moonbeam Network featuring a decentralized exchange (DEX) and an automated market maker (AMM). It gives users the freedom of adding liquidity, performing peer-to-peer transactions, swapping fungible tokens, and earning passive income from staking and yield farming. Beamswap will support the growth of Moonbeam’s ecosystem and act as a launchpad for new projects developing on the network. Our team’s mission is to aid in the multichain vision to serve as a host for projects on the Moonbeam & Polkadot Ecosystem while working alongside projects with existing infrastructure looking to bridge into the multichain universe.
