In the first partnership announced in September, Beamswap joined forces with Prime Protocol.
Prime Protocol is the first natively cross-chain prime brokerage, and with its technology, the Beamex platform incentivized cross-chain lending opportunities.
The integration of Prime Protocol now lets Beamex users borrow across ecosystems and deposit into BLP on Beamex.
Besides, Prime Protocol enhances Beamex with:

🟣 Moonbeam Ignite
A level higher, in the world of Beamswap’s native parachain, things started to get heated, as well.
Moonbeam Ignite’s liquidity initiative has launched to further boost the network’s potential, and Beamswap joined in, too.
The new Moonbeam program was designed to increase the intensity of Moonbeam’s vibrant ecosystem, led by projects that were funded by the Moonbeam Ecosystem Grants tranche two — Beamswap included.
Beamswap is using the approved grant to enhance market liquidity for Beamex and Beamswap v3, leading to more active users and greater engagement in the Moonbeam network.

🟣 Equilibrium partnership and xcEQD listing
Partnerships didn’t end in the previous paragraph. The latest addition to the Beamswap v3 DeFi Hub was brought by Equilibrium, with its EQD token being listed on the platform.
Equilibrium’s EQD is a decentralized, Polkadot-native stablecoin pegged to USD and backed by a diverse portfolio of assets. Secured by Insurance Pool, it only creates new positions after locking in a sufficient collateral.

The hard work and a growing influx of crypto traders paid off and started turning heads.

🟣 Summer DeFi Competitions
Gone is the sunniest season of all, and so are the SummerDeFi Giveaways.
First, we awarded the 25 winners of the Zealy Summer DeFi Competition and distributed some sweet bags of stGLINT.

🟣 Builda Weekly
To balance out the anonymous community campaigns and competitions, the Beamswap team joined in-person get-togethers on several occasions.
First, following the listing of Beamex on Builda, the Builda Weekly call on X Spaces hosted Beamswap’s Business Developer Jay and the AlphaTrace team. We touched on the ins and outs of Web3, the Beamswap v3 and Beamex platforms, and more.

🟣 Swap Talk
Soon after Builda’s Weekly sesh, it was time to switch roles and host an X Space Event on our own. In a new format, we moved the well-received Swap Talks format from Telegram to X Spaces.
Beamswap’s Business Developer Jay joined Moonbeam Community Lead, Phill, and the CEO of Equilibrium, Alex Melikhov, in an online Spaces studio.
It was an intriguing debate for sure, as we discussed each team’s latest upgrades and upcoming releases towards an interoperable future.
