📢 Hiring: Project Manager
Location: Remote
Work Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a crypto-savvy Project Manager to lead and develop effective project plans, develop an effective project strategy, solve potential problems, drive daily activities, and support team spirit in Beamswap.
Role description
👉 Set up and develop a task management system (Trello, Monday, Nifty, Asana, etc.):
- Delegate tasks to all project stakeholders
- Stay on top of task completion rate
- Propose and implement changes for faster completion of lagged tasks
👉 Prepare a weekly sprint meeting:
- Overview and discuss the current state of progress
- Identify blockers for uncompleted tasks and propose solutions
- Delegate tasks for the upcoming week
- Encourage and cultivate the proactivity of team members
👉 Prepare a weekly and monthly project report:
- Design a monthly project plan
- Suggest improvements to increase productivity
- Prepare an overview of monthly accomplishments and works-in-progress
- Create a project overview and budget for the following month
👉 Develop Beamswap’s growth strategy:
- Understand the impact of new projects on Beamswap as a platform and Beamswap as a business
- Develops metrics to track progress towards goals
- Understands project and organizational dependencies
👉 Work closely with the founders and maintain a day-to-day project manager role
👉 Encourage and strive towards project growth among all project stakeholders
👉 Monitor and control the project during execution, maintain a clear overview to identify potential problems, troubleshoot and track progress
👉 Lead the team and provide guidance when needed
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in project management or 2 years of experience in blockchain project management
- Blockchain or similar tech background
- Startup mentality
- Proactivity and great problem-solving skills
- Good leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Solid experience in team management
- Critical and creative mindset

We are looking for a DeFi-savvy Chief Marketing Officer to lead, plan and execute marketing strategies for Beamswap. The role also includes discussions with the Moonbeam team and other ecosystem partners.
Role description
👉 Design, implement and execute a comprehensive, blockchain environment-specific marketing plan:
1. Create and execute a go-to marketing strategy for Beamswap DeFi hub:
- Plan marketing strategy within a given budget
- Create a proposed plan and share it with founders
- Execute the complete marketing strategy
- Create a monthly marketing plan followed by a monthly report
2. Create and execute a go-to growth strategy for Beamswap social profiles:
- Telegram
- TikTok
- Guerilla marketing
👉 Build and execute a grassroots marketing program to drive projects and community to Beamswap DeFi hub, DEX, and other core products
👉 Design brand positioning and growth strategy across all channels to drive awareness, engagement, and loyal supporters
👉 Look for critical areas and opportunities for new partnerships
👉 Manage the core marketing team and be the go-to person for all partnership and marketing-related tasks
Requirements
- 3 years of experience as a CMO, marketing manager, crypto marketing or brand manager
- In-depth knowledge of DeFi products and decentralized exchanges
- Experience with growth experimentation (ICE, cohorts, funnel optimization, etc.) and agile methods for marketing
- Understanding and experience with crypto marketing across all channels (Discord, TikTok, Reddit, Twitter, Telegram, etc.)
- Understanding of building a DeFi audience
- Active involvement in crypto communities (DAOs, Discord, Twitter, Telegram)
- Knowledge and understanding of the Moonbeam ecosystem
- Critical and creative mindset
- Good leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Solid experience in team management
- Proactivity and great problem-solving skills

👉 Follow the Moonbeam ecosystem and build marketing ideas around it
👉 Research new marketing opportunities in the crypto space
👉 Develop and execute confirmed growth strategies
👉 Search for potential partners and projects
👉 Approve or deny potential partnerships based on opportunities and fundamentals
👉 Co-create marketing campaigns with partners to reach wider communities
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in crypto marketing of any sort
- Proactivity, critical and creative mindset
- Understanding and experience with crypto marketing across all channels (Discord, TikTok, Reddit, Twitter, Telegram, etc.)
- Knowledge and understanding of the Moonbeam ecosystem
- Good organizational skills, resourcefulness, and ability to complete tasks on your own
