At Beast Agency we believe everybody should have a growth path. In self development and study, not only the staff at Beast will grow but also the company as a whole.
So it’s nice to believe and think this is the way of doing things but it’s better to put it in practice. This is why every employee (read Beast :) can (read must) put 1/5 of the working hours in study.
The Beasts will publish their findings here to share with the world so perhaps someone else could benefit from our research and the process in getting where we want to go. We will publish demo’s, concepts and prototypes along the way.
