Introducing Our Newest Advisor — Dennis Weidner
In our last post, we promised that we will be bringing in more marketing expertise in the following weeks to give this project some much-needed traction. In light of that, we have decided to invite Dennis Weidner, CEO of Paranoid Internet, to join the BEAT family as our newest advisor.
Dennis Weidner is a German entrepreneur and investor who has an extensive experience in cryptocurrencies and blockchain. Being one of the early adopters in the industry, he strongly believes that the world of cryptocurrencies has a lot of potential to grow in the years to come. Thus, he has made it both his personal and professional goal to build a working ecosystem for various tech and blockchain startups on an international scale.
In 2013, he founded Paranoid Internet, a consulting agency that specializes in business development and e-commerce in an era of digital transformation. Being an ecosystem builder focused on advancing the entire blockchain industry with its initiatives, the Berlin-based company has worked with the likes of successful ICOs like Blockchain Terminal, which went on to raise $30 million during their token sale. In total, Dennis and his company has helped various ICOs raise more than 180 million Euros so far.
Recently, along with his team at Paranoid Internet, Dennis organized the C3 Crypto Conference — the biggest cryptocurrency conference in Germany. Held at STATION Berlin on the 5th and 6th of April 2018, C3 set out with the goal of creating a platform for blockchain beginners and experts to generate added value for themselves. By tapping into the right marketing audiences and channels, Dennis was able to make the event an absolute success — bringing in over 2,500 visitors, 50 speakers and 70 exhibiting companies from all around the world.
We believe that Dennis’ addition to the team will prove valuable to the BEAT ICO. Together with his team, he will be able to help spread the word about BEAT to the some of the biggest news networks in Germany — both online and offline — and create a vast ecosystem of users who are eager to revolutionize the the way the world is doing sports.
