Bebop is now integrated with Clusters!

We’re thrilled to announce that Bebop is now integrated with Clusters! At Bebop, we’re committed to provide a seamless and efficient trading experience for everyone.

Your Clusters handle will be displayed on your Bebop profile. This will make our ongoing ARB Leaderboard campaign more personalised for you and easier to consolidate your activity. Additionally, you can use our Swap & Send feature to manage your assets easily by sending to a Clusters handle directly.

What is Clusters?

Clusters is a universal namespace allowing you to use one username for all your wallets across all blockchains, from Ethereum to Solana to Bitcoin, and more than 40 other blockchains. Clusters is different from already existing name services, and doesn’t lock down users to one chain, or just one wallet. It’s one universal name that encompasses all the blockchains, and gives you granular control along the way.

A clusters name is suffixed with a trailing slash: /

So if your username is bebopper, your Clusters name is bebopper/

All your wallets are then suffixed individually under this universal name, just like a website URL. This means you can have multiple wallets, for example, bebopper/defi and bebopper/memecoin with different suffixes. This helps users be in total control and know exactly where their money is going, in a safe and easily-readable way.

How to sign up for Clusters

To register a Clusters username, you can head over to https://clusters.xyz/register and register your preferred username that is available for you.

Minimum bid for a username starts from 0.01 ETH with a maximum fee of 100 ETH — the greater the amount of bid, the longer the expiration date. All Cluster names are currently first come, first serve.

Uncommon usernames do not require a high bidding price as they are not highly sought after. However, competitive names like defi/ will require recurring fees to maintain as other users can place a higher bid to purchase the username.

This introduces an explicit demand-based cost for squatting and squatters will be forced to sell into bids. Clusters is made for everyday users, not whales to hog names.

How does Clusters work on Bebop?

Once you have successfully created a Clusters profile, you can connect your wallet on Bebop to view your Clusters username and display picture with Bebop profile on the left navigation menu or any active airdrop program leaderboard.

This allows you to easily see which Clusters profile is connected on Bebop before you trade and provides Bebop users a personalised experience.

As a user on Bebop, you can now swap and send any token to any Clusters handle by searching for Clusters username as well! This eliminates the need for you to copy paste lengthy wallet addresses when using this feature, allowing you to easily identify recipients. Feel in control, and know what you are doing at all times.
