What happens after you pass PLABs?

As you must know that PLABs are a way to get a license to practice medicine in the U.K.

PLABs do not make you eligible for training ( post-graduation).

There is a lot of confusion about the journey after you pass your PLAB 2. So what do you really do after you appear for your PLAB 2 exam?
