Patience is a Virtue…Right???
So I had a follow-up appointment with my doctor today. She seemed very pleased. HOWEVER, I was hoping I could get some more bloodwork done and get my dosage increased (if the labs came back okay), but…NO. I have to wait until June 12th to get my bloodwork done again, and then I see her again the following week to determine if I need a higher dosage. So, for now — I’m still stuck on the same dosage. Ugh! She said it will take 8–12 weeks for me to notice any significant changes, but boy oh boy — my patience is really wearing thin at this point. I know…I know…patience is a virtue.
For now, I’ll keep taking weekly pics and hoping to see a change or two. I’d be happy right now if my voice just got a little deeper and I grew a bit more body hair. The changes just can’t come fast enough.
