I n this chapter I want to jot down some “superskills” of the 21st century. Now, I also wanted to present superskills that were “normal” like a century ago, like related to the image above. Skills that, sometimes sadly, set you apart from others. Lastly, I want to consider skills that you can learn and improve, rather than innate problems like some mental disorders.

Superskill #1: Having a healthy body
