Business Insurance and Benefits Services of Massachusetts (BIBSMA) approached us to create some sort of process that could pre-vet and qualify potential leads requesting more information for a quote about the products and services they offer.

We worked directly with BIBSMA to develop a new process flow and developed this custom functionality on their existing website. The above demonstration is the finished product. New visitors can pick from a variety of different products to request a more accurate quote. BIBSMA receives the information and can follow-up with the client having the best information at their disposal to provide the best quote for them to win over a new client relationship.

We also worked with them on adding a new conversational marketing tool, called Drift, to their website and increased the security on their website by installing an SSL certificate.
