The Leader leads the pack as its digital growth soars
Newsquest’s North Wales daily newspaper title The Leader has accelerated its digital audience growth by more than 51% in the first quarter of 2019.
In the period January to March 2019, the title’s website leaderlive.co.uk attracted an average of 339,081* monthly unique browsers, up 51.76% on the same period last year.
A monthly average of 1,701,337* pages were read on the website in the period January to March 2019, representing a year-on-year increase of 55.70% on the same period.
The latest figures show that The Leader is engaging with more Wrexham and Flintshire people and its communities than ever before — with high-quality content and social media engagement driving a sustained, loyal audience to its website.
