When researching markets to pitch, I’ve not seen a collection of minority publications that seek writers.

After I dug deep, and turned over a few stones, I compiled a list of 20 minority, BIPOC, and *ethnic magazines with reading audiences that include:

  • African-Americans
  • Asians
  • Individuals with disabilities
  • Hispanics
  • Native Americans
  • LGBTQ+ communities
  • Women

I’ve also listed tips, search tips, and tools to help you navigate the list with ease.

Check-out the list here.

Be sure to explore Ms., the magazine that pays up to $3,500 for a single article.

Ready. Set. Pitch!

*The list of ethnic magazines were an excerpt from a blog post on Carol Tice’s site, Make A Living Writing, authored by Arnita M. Williams.
