Oh, my love,
I see your
gorgeous bleeding
heart.
Know you are not
alone in your
insatiable need to
mend the broken.
Know also, the
pain of the world
was never your fault.
Heal yourself.
Heal yourself,
and the scars you bear
will bring comfort
to this one
great human tribe.
Heal yourself
and rest assured —
in doing so,
you are healing the
world.
