“No phones, no music, only conversations!” She declares at the start of their tenth-anniversary road trip. Deep breaths fill the next hour. “Divorce?” they speak in unison.

The last chocolate brownie was being tossed in the car. Every sweaty palm was fighting to grab it. Screech! A hard brake declared the brownie as kitty food.

“Without a radio, I can’t drive for the next 50 miles. Your silence will kill me”. She quietly takes out a pink onesie and keeps it on the dashboard.
