Sunflower is Soniashnyk in Ukrainian. Do you love snacking on naturally rich in vitamin E sunflower seeds? Ukraine is the number one producer of sunflowers and sunflower seeds in the world.

Did you know that the spiral face of each sunflower is a fractal and the seeds follow the pattern of the Fibonacci sequence?

Did you know that sunflowers are heliotropic? Heliotropic means their faces follow the sun.

Lean into the sunshine, Sunshines! Isn’t it beautiful how a field of sunflowers looks like a group of happy people facing the sunshine?

I wrote Sunflowers because we all have choices all day long about who we want to be. I always choose the SUNSHINE.
