Tai Chi

A story in 100 Words

I answered the phone. There was an urgent need for my blood type, A-.
“Could you come in today?” It was my day off, so I hopped in the car and drove the 20 miles to the Red Cross Northwest headquarters.

I settled in and the phlebotomist checked my usually high blood pressure. “120/70,” she said. I was thrilled! Normal!
