Being Known

This Moment Won’t Come Again

My Bar Mitzvah speech to my son

On May 7th, 2022 I had the pleasure of watching my firstborn become a Bar Mitzvah, a coming-of-age ritual in Judaism when a child essentially becomes a Jewish adult. Authentically sharing stories and poems from the heart about our experience of being human and our ongoing process of becoming perfectly imperfect. Writing mostly real and raw with a sprinkle of microfiction!
