This Moment Won’t Come Again

My Bar Mitzvah speech to my son

On May 7th, 2022 I had the pleasure of watching my firstborn become a Bar Mitzvah, a coming-of-age ritual in Judaism when a child essentially becomes a Jewish adult. No, he can’t drink or drive, but rather he gets greater responsibility in our faith. (Don’t worry, it comes with lots of gifts too and an unparalleled sense of pride!)
