Tinted Love

A haiku

Once I fall I’m in
Rose-colored glasses taint all
I no longer see.

The above haiku is an excerpt from my poem below published November 2020. As I come upon a year since this breakup, I am ever so present to these rose-tinted glasses that I have worn for so many years, and which I now consciously set aside and retire.

Thank you for being part of my healing journey this year. I deeply appreciate the safe space you have allowed me and the virtual arms you wrapped around me when I crumbled, so that now — I can fly!

Being Known

Psychology, human potential, therapy, coaching, possibility, vulnerability, authenticity, connection, being known, giving my words wings! Perfectly imperfect.
