What Comfort Zone

“Step out of your comfort zone, and wonderful things will happen,” said Adam, straightening the tie. “If you want the magic to happen, this is the only way!” he read from his notes.

Looking into the mirror, he realized that the speech rehearsal was not going so well. The blazer itched and the tie felt heavy. Even the cat gave him a look that said, “What the hell are you talking about?” as it curled up into its bed.

Adam knew what was needed. He quickly changed his bottoms into comfortable shorts.

It was just a Zoom meeting after all!
