Life can be overwhelming with all the extra load we carry every day. I mean both the physical and emotional loads. I usually think that most of our problems are part of what we hold so much while we should let it go at once.

I brought some scientific insights that show how letting go of some habits and negative mindsets can lead to a healthier and happier life. Here’s what you should consider first:

Toxic relationships drain your energy and hurt your mental health. According to a study by Visser et al. (2012), 70% of people in unhealthy relationships reported lower happiness and higher stress.
