Well, the title you just saw is a proverb used by those practicing Buddhism. The proverb really struck my mind when I first read it.

Like… I have to wait for a few minutes to ponder the whole statement. Then I saw how the lotus flower effect can help us achieve personal growth.

I saw the whole concept as a source of inspiration and motivation for me. However, I ran a little bit of research to understand the significance of why the lotus flower is depicted as a symbol for resilience.

And here is the catch!

The lotus flower is a majestic and resilient plant that has been a symbol of spiritual growth and transformation in several cultures, especially in the Eastern nations.

And one of the most fascinating things I learned about the lotus flower is its ability and capacity to bloom in muddy waters and still remain unsoiled.

More or less, the growth nature of a lotus flower is metaphorical; it serves as a powerful metaphor for every creative person who seeks personal growth and development.

Besides, personal growth and development are the most important aspects that we can't do without because they involve mental, spiritual, and physical health, mindset paradigm shift, habit building, and so much more.

When you’re approaching growth, you need to improve in those areas. If not all, at least more than average. Genuine growth stems from those areas.
