3 Tips to De-Stress

STRESS IS A FEELING OF PHYSICAL OR EMOTIONAL TENSION. While it does not frequently occur, I sometimes feel frustrated (and very uncommonly angry).

Let’s look at five approaches I use to reduce my stress. Today, I will not talk about mindfulness or getting adequate sleep. I promise not to refer to my favorite dark chocolate.
